Expert Testimony & Consultation

Asset 1

Expert Testimony.  I provide credible, thorough, and impartial expert testimony to help the trier of fact understand the evidence or determine the facts at issue regarding the adequacy of completed workplace investigations.  Relevant topics may include an investigation’s promptness, thoroughness, or impartiality; the adequacy of analysis underlying findings reached; credibility assessments; report writing; investigator bias; witness bias; interviewing techniques; and more.

Consultation.  I also consult with internal investigations teams concerning best practices in conducting workplace investigations.  Topics can include any and all stages of an investigation from start to finish.  Services can be provided concerning the adequacy of completed investigations, preparing for and executing current investigations, and preparing an individual or team to conduct future investigations.
