I investigate allegations of sexual misconduct, harassment, or discrimination involving students. Such investigations require sensitivity toward the participants, and prompt and effective evidence gathering.
I provide credible, thorough, and impartial expert testimony to help the trier of fact understand the evidence or determine the facts at issue regarding the adequacy of completed workplace investigations. Relevant topics may include an investigation’s promptness, thoroughness, or impartiality; the adequacy of analysis underlying findings reached; credibility assessments; general report writing; investigator bias; witness bias; interviewing techniques; and more.
I provide coaching services to executives, managers, and other employees to help optimize performance, improve communication, reduce the risk of future complaints, and remediate past conflict.
